40th Week Of Patch The Pirate In 2007
Ahoy Mates!
This week, we had 17 Sailors on board in Patch The Pirate Club!
We had started with the new theme of October!
Back to our "table soccer". The 2nd Game In The Month!!!
This time, all thanks to Shymon again who helped Jacob to score the 1st goal of the game with a tremendous pass! (SOS gets ahead with 1-0)
The SOD did not gave up just at that! Our 2nd goal came from a solo effort by Hanjiang. He took it well enough to keep the SOS team silent! (score 1-1)
The 3rd goal came from a beautiful bicycle kick from Caleb!!! The SOD thought that should have sealed the victory! (SOD 2 : 1 SOS)
Just when the SOS team thought that everything was over, their Leader Shymon still tried his best to level the game.
In the final moments, after many tough challenges on one another. Shymon got a break through and was through on goal. He faced Joshua Macgawas in a 1 on 1 situation. Shymon did a nutmeg and sure enough, Joshua tripped and left the goal wide open!!! Shymon slotted the ball into the back of the net easily and scored an equaliser for SOS!
Both teams fought well but was held up to a bitter 2 - 2 draw.
